I entered an illustration of a rejected elephant toy into Laika/House’s monthly Creative Challenge competition on their Facebook Page. I was channeling the Island of the Misfit Toys for this one, and after looking at some 1950’s era toys for inspiration, I whipped up this little “firecracker” last night.
